The origin of this wine is in a vineyard at an altitude of 770 m above sea level, on the outskirts of Ben Zimra Moshav in the Upper Galilee.
After aging for 14 months in barrels, mostly from French oak, the wine was bottled without shading. This wine is characterized by a fruity intensity alongside a refreshing herbaceous character that characterizes this variety.
