The grapes for the Shiraz Special Reserve come from the winery's vineyards in the Upper Galilee and the Jerusalem Hills which are characterized by terra rossa soil and many slopes. This fine wine, which has been aged in oak barrels for 12 months, is powerful and fruity and will continue to improve under proper ageing conditions.
