Almon
Almon is a blend of Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc. The Chardonnay and Viognier were barrel fermented and the Sauvignon Blanc were cold fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of fruit and the aromas. The wine was aged in barrel for 6 months. Mt. Almon, which rises to an altitude of 728 m, is one of the most impressive peaks of the Alma ridge in the Upper Galilee.
