Eitan
Eitan is an innovative blend of Syrah and Merlot, balanced with a little Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes were harvested on terra-rossa terraces in the Kiryat Anavim vineyard in the Judean Hills. The wines were aged in oak barrels for 12 months. This fine dry red wine expressed the terroir of the Judean Hills. The name comes from Mt Eitan rises to 788 m. in the Jerusalem Mountains.
